Cancellation Policy

In order to provide the best service possible, it is necessary for me to adhere to a strict schedule. If a client arrives more than 20 minutes late, I may not be able to accommodate them due to time constraints. Additionally, if a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, a 50% fee will be charged to compensate for the lost opportunity to offer that time slot to another client. Lastly, if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled day of, a 100% fee will be charged. These policies are in place to ensure fairness and to help maintain a well-organized and efficient schedule.
